Entries below are now in competition for the 2023 Mind and Spirit FINALISTS. All FINALISTS will be announced and recognized at the Chanticleer Authors Conference (CAC24).

Epic Fantasy, High Fantasy, Sword and Sorcery, Dragons, Unicorns, Steampunk, Dieselpunk, Gaslight Fantasy, Urban Fantasy, or other out-of-this-world fiction. These books have advanced to the Long List in the 2023 CIBAs OZMA division.
