This pass is only for the Saturday evening Cocktail Mixer and the CIBA Ceremony & Banquet event.

- Dinner Check-in is 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2026 at the Holiday Inn North Hotel, Bellingham, Wash.
- Your meal selection tickets will be there for you to pick up and display where you are seated.
- We will contact you after registration about your menu selections.
- Cash Bar will be available. Credit cards accepted.
- You will receive your 2025 CIBA Ceremony Guide, name tag, and meal selection designators when you check in at the Chanticleer Registration Desk on the Second Floor of the Sheraton. Reservations and Registrations must be made in advance of March 30, 2026. FIRM.
$245 per main person and $175 per guest of registering attendee.
- Saturday Awards Banquet. Choice of Menu Selections are available until April 7th, 2024. This date is FIRM due to the Holiday Inn Catering Service.
- Saturday Cocktail Party – Credit cards are accepted. Cocktails, Beer, & Wine along with non-alcoholic selections will be available for purchase. Bar is open at 5:00.
- Appetizers Station at 6 p.m.
- Headshots/Author Photos (5:30 until 6:45 p.m.) and Photo Opportunities with FREE Digital Downloads from Photo Treehouse Photography by Dwayne Rogge. Photography will continue with the CIBA ceremony. Photos will be available for complimentary digital downloading. Prints may also be ordered for a fee.
- Dinner Seating at 7 p.m. Buffet Service Dinner service includes coffee, decaf, tea, and water. Rolls & Butter
- Dessert Station will be open during the CIBA Ceremony. There will be a limited amount of Gluten Free/Dairy Free cupcakes.
- The 2025 CIBA Ceremony will start approximately at 8 o’clock in the evening.
- Option to bring a dinner guest at the discounted rate of $175.00 – advanced registration required.
